The ISEM Network compiles best practices from various entities within ISEM
The ISEM Network has put together good practices from a variety of entities that make up ISEM. One of the aims of Red ISEM is to transfer knowledge and successful experiences through social media and other channels.
Through an annual programme of meetings, participation in events and the detection of good practices, the transfer of knowledge is generated between entities with relevant experiences, successful experiences, study visits to resources, projects and the participation of people with lived experience.
Several ISEM Network entities during 2023 have shared their good practices on the participation of people with lived experience and other projects:
- Housing resources in the community;
- Energy efficiency;
- Mindfulness;
- Peer to peer, programmes for access to the labour market and return to the education system, public employment for people with mental health problems, etc.
