Submit your event for European Mental Health Week 2025

Mental Health Europe invites organisations and communities to propose events for the European Mental Health Week 2025 (19–25 May), centered on the theme “Care for mental health, invest in social rights”.

This year we are focusing on the links between mental health and social policies. We are encouraging policy makers and people in positions of power to think bigger than the biomedical narrative which focuses on the individual and illness. We are calling for a shift towards tackling the root causes of poor mental health which can affect any person at any time.We call for activities that spotlight how social conditions like poverty, inequality, and access to education, housing, or employment shape mental health. Together, we aim to shift narratives away from individual blame and toward systemic solutions that uphold social rights.

Selected events will be featured in the EMHW 2025 calendar and promoted across Mental Health Europe’s networks. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – do not wait to complete the form!
