Support your mental health in times of global crisis (Covid-19, Ukraine crisis)

2022 edition

MHE has launched a new web page (Mental health in times of armed conflicts and global crisis) to address the mental health challenges being faced by Ukrainians (those in the country and in exile), those who are supporting them as well as those that will start to suffer from secondary trauma. This is a living web page and the information will be further enhanced. Regarding mental health helplines and other resources for young people, visit this page.

2021 edition

Mental Health Europe (MHE) created a map of helplines and services to support your mental health during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond. Information from 36 European countries was gathered with the valuable support of MHE members and the European Federation of Psychology Students’ Associations (EFPSA).  In a few clicks, this interactive map will help you find more details on helplines and services providing mental health care during COVID-19 in your country, including COVID-specific support.

How the map works

Click the country/ flag of your choice on the map, and a pop-up window will show you the existing helplines and organisations. You can find a short description, a link to the website of the organisation and contact detail.

Below you can see the full list of services and helplines offered across Europe. If you find that a service is missing, please contact us, and we will add it as soon as possible.

Special thanks

We would like to say a special thank you to EFPSA and their Social Impact Initiative team for the invaluable help in assembling this map’s entries. The European Federation of Psychology Students’ Associations (EFPSA) was established in 1987 at the first International Congress of Psychology Students in Portugal. EFPSA represents a highly diverse network of psychology students working voluntarily by and for psychology students of Europe. The Federation currently consists of 34 psychology Member Organisations and two Observer Organisations.

Disclaimer

Please note that the map was updated with helplines and services provided by EFPSA. At the time of publishing, all services were operational. If you find that they have changed or no longer exist, please let us know via info@mentalhealtheurope.org. Please also note that the organisations featured on the map are not affiliated with MHE.
