Join Mental Health Europe for an Instagram live session with our Austrian member Pro Mente Austria as part of the European Mental Health Week on 12 May at 11:00 CEST.

For this Instagram live Mental Health Europe is joined by Pro Mente Austria who presented their mental health first aid programme.

We also talked about resources anyone can use, including the brochure “First aid for mental health” which explains the basics of mental health and provides helpful advice on mental health. Whether you need support yourself or want to help a loved one – Pro Mente Austria’s brochure offers a variety of useful tips.
