Creating a common platform through public discussion about mental health care and service provision in Portugal, progress made in the last 20 years and innovative approaches to mental health issues with the community. Presentation of Recovery Colleges as an alternative, not in substitution, to current mental health and psychosocial rehabilitation services and social support provision. Creating awareness about community and individual contribution to personal recovery in mental health and getting input on how best to implement a country pilot.
