Call for nominations: MHE Communications Taskforce
- Are you working in communications?
- Are you interested in communicating about mental health, human rights and social inclusion?
- Are you full of insights, ideas and views about mental health?
- Would you like to contribute to communication about mental health across Europe?
If the answer is YES, you might want to consider joining the new Mental Health Europe’s (MHE) Communications Taskforce. If the answer is NO maybe someone within your organisation will be interested? Why not share this call with them?
MHE aims to set up a communications taskforce to support some of its communications work and upcoming projects and activities. Members of the task force will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects together with MHE Secretariat such as the organisation of MHE’s Anniversary in 2020, the European MAD PRIDE, the European Mental Health Week as well as the production of various ad hoc communications materials such as videos, infographics etc. The task force will also be the opportunity to discuss and share best practices with liked-minded professionals working in communications. While most discussions of the task forces will take place via e-mails or Skype, there is the possibility of one meeting in person per year.
Should you or your organisation be interested in joining the taskforce, please send an email to MHE Communications Manager Tetiana Sykes with a brief expression of interest explaining the reasons for the nomination and including relevant experience or any other information which you consider relevant to include.
The deadline for nominations has been extended until 22 July 2019 included. Members from all membership categories are welcome to put their names forward. We look forward to receiving your applications.
